Ben Bignell
National Fleet Manager
I have been working for Total Logistic Solutions almost from its inception. During my time here, I have done many and varied tasks which include: coordinating the floor staff and managing warehouse inventory, local fleet control and, in the last four years, interstate fleet management. This involves coordinating drivers and vehicles around the country to service our customers with what they require from day to day. It is like putting a large jigsaw together. However, it is never complete: as one part is finished, new pieces are created which need to be fitted within the puzzle. I have had some fantastic and challenging moments during this time, learning all about how the transport industry works and being involved in the implementation of the Basic Fatigue Management System that we now operate under. Being involved in a rapidly expanding company has been exciting and rewarding, with the results shown in the quality of the service offered and in the quality of customers Total Logistic Solutions has obtained and retained.

Human Resources Manager
My role includes recruitment, training and development, inductions, managing our fatigue management systems, and managing occupational health and safety in our workplace. During my time at TLS I have had the opportunity to work very closely with a diverse range of people - everyone from senior management to office staff, our driver and warehouse teams, customers, sub-contractors, industry experts, and various service providers. Working at TLS is challenging and enjoyable, particularly as my role involves compliance with various legislative requirements. I have also had the opportunity to implement and manage many new systems and watching these systems evolve is very rewarding and fulfilling. I am proud to be part of the team at TLS and feel that we are at a very exciting stage.
Suzie Simonoska
Customer Service Team Leader
I have been working for Total Logistic Solutions for over three years now. My day- to- day tasks are very varied and challenging. I am responsible for ensuring all pricing of manifests and consignments are done correctly. Also, I have recently been voted by my fellow work colleagues to represent them on our Health & Safety Committee. There are always opportunities to learn within the company. Total Logistic Solutions is an excellent employer with a good flow of information and all employees are highly respected.
Kevin Gadsden
National Operations Manager
I have been employed as National Operations Manager since May 2008. My role within Total Logistic Solutions is to manage our national transport operation. This position as Operations Manager is a very demanding one, but at the same time it is very rewarding. I particularly enjoy dealing with our customers on a day-to- day basis to ensure we can meet their service requirements. I am proud of working for Total Logistic Solutions. The company has an entrepreneurial spirit and it is easy for employees to be heard.
Minh Nguyen
Finance Team
I have been working for Total Logistic Solutions for five years. My current position is varied and my jobs include verifying the accuracy of data for accounting information, dealing with accounts payable and receivable enquiries and reconciling budget and expense statements with departmental accounts. My job is enjoyable and varied, and I continue to grow through new challenges and responsibilities.
